• Reformat the hard drive
• Install the best version of the Mac OS for your computer
• Install all the free media players (Flash Player, Flip4Mac, RealPlayer and WIndows Media Player) and Firefox.
• Reinstall the software programs you had on your Mac
• Restore User folders from the backup.
The result is your computer looking exactly like it did when you brought it to me but with an all new setup. "Like New" speed is restored.
